We currently support payments through M-Pesa STK Push. This method allows you to authorize the transaction directly from your mobile phone in real-time, without the need to enter any PIN or confirmation codes on the website.

2. How M-Pesa STK Push Works
- After placing your order, a push notification will be sent to your M-Pesa-registered phone number.
- You will receive a prompt asking you to authorize payment by entering your M-Pesa PIN.
- Once confirmed, your payment is processed instantly and securely.
- You will receive both an SMS from M-Pesa and a confirmation message from our store.

3. Payment Security
All transactions are processed through M-Pesa's secure infrastructure. Your mobile number and transaction details are protected and never stored or shared with third parties. We do not request or store your M-Pesa PIN at any point.

4. Payment Issues
If you encounter any issues during the payment process (e.g., no prompt received, wrong phone number entered, or payment delay), please contact our support team immediately. We’ll help verify your order and guide you through resolving the issue.

5. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, your order will be confirmed and processed for shipping. You can track your order status via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
